One room QR for guests who speak different languages

Multilingual guests should not mean reprinting binders in every language. One room QR opens Avant on the guest’s phone so stay info can follow the language they need — without another print run.

Your rooms host guests who read English, Slovenian, German, Italian, or something else entirely. Paper answers that with binders, inserts, and laminated cards in each language — until one version goes out of date and the desk becomes the interpreter for every room.

That is not a translation problem alone. It is an update cycle. When breakfast hours shift or a partner offer pauses, every language version of the binder needs the same change. Reprinting one language is already slow. Keeping three or four in sync is how the lobby ends up explaining what the in-room copy no longer says.

Publish stay information once in the CMS and surface it in Avant on the guest’s phone — the same path a room QR already opens. Guests can read in the language that fits them without a separate print stack for each corridor. When something still needs a person, the ask can land on Porte instead of another round of “can you explain this in…?” at the counter. You are not installing optional hardware in every room; guests use the phone they already carry.

You still choose which languages to offer and how the property sounds in each one. The difference is one QR in the room, not a reprint for every language when hours change.
